How does the brain learn?
This is the key question that we want to answer. We appreciate the beauty of intelligence. And we want to understand intelligence algorithmically through our intelligence. Specifically, we focus on the following two directions:
1. Cellular and synaptic mechanisms underlying the learning process.
2. How do neural circuits implement more complex cognition beyond simple associative learning? e.g. meta-learning (learning to learn) and behaviour flexibility (flexible rule switching)
